Please help with this issue. When aiming down sight I cannot freely move my aim around an enemy and line up my shot, it gets stuck. This makes it so difficult to hit mid to long range shots or get head shots with a sniper. It doesn't matter if I have aim assist on or off. It happens on every map in every mode.

One of my friends often gets temporarily muted for violating rules (1 day, 3 day, 7 day, etc) but he has no idea why. He doesn't send messages on world chat or any rude messages or anything to other people either. For instance, yesterday, he was just chatting in the lobby, not doing anything, but afterwards, got notified that he was muted for a week. The only thing noticable action he does is send team recruitments sometimes to find teammates. Does anybody know what are some reasons for being muted on pubg that can help explain this?
