I also guess it has to do with different players from different regions trying to play on the North American server. Best thing we can do for now is report it. First, connect your game to a new social media account on another platform, then ask them in-game through customer support to revoke access to the social media account you wish to remove. If they do work through your request and it's unlinked, you can link your game to a new account.
