Why has my account been suspended?

One of my friends the other day discovered I wasn’t on his friends list anymore. 1k synergy lost for no reason. It turns out, somehow, the game unfriended us. Once we figured the problem out, I sent him another friend request, only that it didn’t go through. I spammed the button a million times. He had to send me a friend request, and I did received that. Now that we are friends in game again, I discovered that I cannot give him any popularity whatsoever. It, as shown in this picture, says he blocked me. Neither one of us knows of a block function. I feel like the bug is on my end since I am getting this error message in addition to my friend request not showing up for him. Neither one of us know what to do. Any thoughts? Solutions? This is quite annoying. Please tag or dm me! Thanks for taking the time.
