@whole yoke the amount of points you gain per match is more influenced by the amount of time you survive than by your kills. if you want big point gains, focus on surviving longer. As Bootleg said, this is an elo system, so your relative skill vs that of your opponents also has an effect on it, but you have to remember that this is battle royale, not team death match. battle royale, by design, is about survival, not kills.

For something to be punishable, it doesn't have to be explictly stated in the EULA. All EULAs also say that the company reserves the right to punish for any reason they see fit, even if it's not explicitly stated.

You can contact the ingame customer support team. The Discord staff are not part of Tencent, they do not have access to player data and they cannot reach over to the next cubicle and poke someone who can help. There aren't even any cubicles.

It doesn’t say you can’t cheat, it says you can’t use cheats. Wording is important. It also does not “include but not limit” in the prohibited activities and restrictions clauses in the EULA. The termination clause does technically cover it, but it also covers me setting my couch on fire, so it isn’t really comparable. @storm willow

I said i didnt link to mail id .. i was using with pubgm with facebook id .. and my id was hacked today since using omlet arcade .. and i saw there my account is linked with google account whereas i never linked to any google acccounts . The hacker linked his own google id .. so the problem is there .. and i send a messges to customer service to revoke google accounts.. but the customer service is totaly automated answering. . what could i do .. ?? If you try to report you can only report the person who killed you, not the person who knocked you

I am really sorry to say the game is fully ruined. I get see hackers everyday even after so many reports. And dont need to talk about bugs,those are free in every update. The more update comes the more lag and bugs increases in the game. Then they gives few more extra updates to fix the lag and bugs of the previous update. I am reporting about few bugs including tdm bug,spectate bug,arcade war mode respawn bug for more than a year still those bugs are not yet fixed.

Just because you created a clan, doesn't mean you own it. Now, there is no way to get it back unless the current leader wishes to transfer the Leadership. Hi... What can we do if we get multiple skins(same skin*2) of the same vehicle... For instance... Dacia and 3 blood skins from the lucky draw.
We can't dismantle it... Nor we can gift.
So my question is what should we do?
We should get a chance to exchange it with same tier reward from the same draw or any other suitable option should be provided.
