If it happens when enemies are close, it's a device issue. When there are more objects and characters, especially something the server is controlling, it takes a lot of processing powers. That's where it starts lagging. But if you test the Ultra for me, we can see what's going on - cause the game will have to spare some processing powers from 60fps which the game can use when you face enemies close to you.

So I’m out of luck then If Facebook doesn’t help me. So that’s a couple of grand wasted. Think about this before you invest people. There are people who know there way around PUBG policies to steal your account with no hope of getting it back. I honestly hope this doesn’t happen to any of you but it’s something you should think about I have ran into other people who have had the same thing happen. I’m not going to give up but it seems as though PUBG support is just going to keep pointing me to Facebook even after I have explained to them I can’t get it back.
