So Its been about 10-12 days that my pubg is not giving me good ping. I got a 50 mbps wifi and a nice mobile network connection also but not a single game can i play with less than 400 ping.
The ping fluctuates bw 400-968 in all games and other apps in my phone work perfectly fine at the same time. I have done all the tasks i could do to make it normal like restarting phone, reinstalling the game, etc. But in vain.
I feel the problem is there in the pubgm servers here.

So Its been about 10-12 days that my pubg is not giving me good ping. I got a 50 mbps wifi and a nice mobile network connection also but not a single game can i play with less than 400 ping.
The ping fluctuates bw 400-968 in all games and other apps in my phone work perfectly fine at the same time. I have done all the tasks i could do to make it normal like restarting phone, reinstalling the game, etc. But in vain.
I feel the problem is there in the pubgm servers here.

All you have to do is :
Go to your Facebook with the logged account you want to unlink > Go to your profile > Go to the settings and privacy > click on settings > in the "security" section click on apps and websites > in preferences section click on Edit of apps. Websites and games > then Click turn off (kindly read instructions for your own information before turning off)

All that and they just sort of closed the convo on me

@fair rootif you can't access your social media account, you can't access your in game account.
If you lose your Facebook account while it's linked to the game, it's likely a lost account.

Well actually first I tried to ask what I could do here then they led me to in game support

Some people i know waited up to 3 weeks for a reply, as you probably know, there are 600 million players I could guess that 100mil At least are active, let's just say 10k have an issue like yours, and the Tencent team obviously doesn't have 10k Workers you know, there are barely a hundred or less, replying to all these people, so it takes time, please be patient.
