This is a restriction from the Vietnamese government and developers cannot do anything about it. I have no personal experience with the Chinese version. My guess is their monetization model and skins in general are different.

As for why the game increases in sizes, it's because when you install an application, its files get extracted in order to be made use of properly. It is the same for every application @night cloak.

You can also close any other running apps while playing the game.
