I apologize for the amount of massages that I’ve send to Pubg Support in game and I wish they accept the apology. I’ve been suffering from this unknown person who has many ways of tricks and hacking. I hope this massage can showcase my issue in full details, which I divided it to three sections.

On 24/12/2019, my Facebook account was hacked, and I went straight to pubg support in game to notify they about it. Then, the support responded that he are sorry that my “ Twitter “ account was hacked. Also, they have asked me to provide information to prove my ownership of the account. I responded that my Twitter account was not hacked, but my Facebook account is hacked and I want to un-link the Facebook account with the game ID . Also, I’ve provided all information that proves my ownership of the account, then the support in game un-linked my Twitter account, which is not hacked, and I had no way to enter the game.

2)After that, I continued to try to take my Facebook account back and I finally took it back after waiting for a long time and I’ve insured and verified it with my national ID copy .
3)After I entered the game with my ID, I found out that a Twitter account ( that is not mine) was linked to my game account. The hacker took advantage of what happened to me in ( section 1 ) and linked his Twitter account.

Note: I don’t have any tricks like the hacker but I fully trust and believe in your justice and fairness that you will give me back my rights. I hope as a human to give me back my rights and un-link the Twitter account that as added by the hacker, and re-link my Twitter account to my own ID of the game.

Hi erm just asking but how come with the updates nothings changed I've done all but the Winchester is the same and on every map and high kill low damage taken games still net you less the games with higher damage taken and less kills

I have been trying to get the sharpshooter-deadeye title for a while now but the achievement won't register no matter how many times I meet the requirements. I am currently camping at platinum V solo for this achievement, hitting only headshots in a row without missing any shots(one shot per target and they die) and I am further than 50m away from the targets(I mark "my location" in the map at the location of the afk players at the end of the flight path, always confirm with "enemies ahead").

I' ve done this so many times to the point it has become frustrating and pubg mobile support does not help at all. The automated costumer support in-game simply says to force close the game and restart or use the fix tool at start-up(not working). The web support claimed that they didn't understand what I was talking about and asked me to write my inquiry in korean.

And on top of that, the pubg mobile subreddit moderators keep removing my post for some reason, whether it is simply text or video footage of me meeting the requirements. Is there anyone else having the same issue? And if so, any ideas what can be done since the support does not offer any solution?

@dim hollow the hardest 2 are car and nades it's best to knock somome and park a car next to them with a team so they know not to kill your knocks so you get the right weapon kill but early game try to get a shotgun as well as it's hard late game to get in close enough to shotgun kill
