1 - Make sure your country is selected as India in Settings ➡ Basic

@slow tangle There is no exact indicator of FPS ingame. But the max the game supports is Extreme frame rate, which is approximately equivalent to 60.

That is because for example; if your friend kills an enemy, and that enemy wishes to spectate your friend, it'll count as a spectator. It could also be an instance where your friend's friends are spectating him. I believe the most people that can spectate someone is 3 or 4.
