The game does not allow unlinking of any social media media accounts once they are bound to the game account for security reasons. So it is not possible to transfer your game progress to any other account.
The only option you have is to contact the social media support and try to gain access to it. That is the only way you can get back to your account, @primal meteor.

App crash issue are mainly due to two reason:
• Device RAM is full (Closing other applications and opening the help may work)
• Maybe you have some corrupted files ingame and the best option to fix is make use of Repair Client option and redownloading the game resources.

You should be able to get 2 a day since the outfit requires you to have 22 Golden Hammers, the only possible way is to get 2 a day consecutively as there are only 11 days for the event. So can you give me a better answer than "Because you only completed 59% of event?"
