I asked to support in-game to cancel linking Facebook to my pubgmobile account and you did the opposite, they canceled the Twitter account instead of Facebook. I would recommend using the ingame report as the Anti-cheat system immediately flags the reported accounts and such logs are stored with the developers.

You cannot. This is a feature to make the game more realistic. Recoil is something which guns face in real life too according to Newton's 3rd law. It has been there in the game since the launch.
You need a basic amount of skill to control it and keep your aim steady. Some easy geastures like pulling down while shooting. Different guns have different recoil.

That means:

So, make sure to turn off Anti Aliasing while playing the game. And because of the Kirin's thermal throttling architecture, give your phone rest every 2 matches to cool down its internal components.
