@night cloak that's maybe due to the fact that since your previous page is glitched thus it doesn't prompt you to press ok after u try to use the balls..
As the first time should prompt u with a dialogue box asking u if u want the base color of helmet to be the color u chose

My account is verified by Facebook and Twitter and the Facebook account was hacked by an unknown person. I asked (Customer Support) to cancel linking Facebook to my pubgmobile account and you did the opposite, they canceled the Twitter account instead of Facebook.

1- I have an issue which is my Facebook account is been hacked and I still use my Twitter account to communicate with the in-game Support and I've informed them that.

In scrims i cannot hear them and they cannot hear me

2- They responded to me that they know my Twitter account is been hacked and still connected and they requested to provide certain information.

3-I provided all the required information (6) and also commented that the hacked account is a Facebook account.

I don't know how to solve this problem and im playing for competitive team

@night cloak What you are gonna do now, is, play a normal custom room like you usually do. But this time ask your teammates to restart the game at the same time, make sure you restart too. There's another thing you can try is turning off and on the mic during match.

4-However, right after I provided the information I was logged out from my ID ( 5260826487 ) and when I tried to reconnect I found that my Twitter account was disconnected.

5-So I created a new account and tried to contact the in-game Support but no luck.
Kindly I would like to know what's my best course of action and possible solutions. Note: The hacker is blackmailing my friends to pay some money to recover the account .
