I would suggest you switch to another network provider, since all local service providers are giving such issues to many users, @frank moth. It is a problem with their DNS configuration or change of access points.

@iron prairie With the aim acceleration it's hard to develop the muscle memory for leading shots because the turn speed is always going faster and is not consistent like when you have it off. There is a sensitivity settings in game, one can use it to increase or decrease and suit their needs.
