There are a lot of reports daily, and going through them isn't an instant process. If you have reported them, it is encouraged to be patient. Going through these reports takes time.

It is not a game issue, it was confirmed to be a play games app issue, @quasi heath. As I told you previously, I saw a guy yesterday with similar issue after they updated the play games app and it got fixed when they switched to an older version. I'm not sure which version but yeah there is no issue with the game for now.

Listen one of you staff members must have a better solution for me now... Guys those who are facing ping issue, server not responding, request time out.. the game is acting like that whenever you connect your phone to wifi router!! I tried my best to search a solution and even i got it.. well you've to play it from data internet or create hotspot from another phone and connect to it.

Switch of mobile data- then turn on wifi then - turn on airplane mode with data off (so that it does not connect to data first while you switch offf flight mode)turn off airplane mode - let it connect to wifi - while being in lobby (dont go back to login page when the option comes) @onyx thicket

Hey guys, I have been constantly getting 'request timed out' and 'no response from server' today. My internet is stable so I don't know what's causing this. It's happening when you're connecting your phone to any wifi router to play PUBG Mobile!! If you turned on the data connection the game will run smoothly or create hotspot from another phone still the game will run. Idk what the heck is this type of issue!! When I check the lobby ping it shows 6-7 ms and when I get matched within few seconds I always enter Indo or Chinese lobby

Why has my account been suspended?
