We’ll want to start a trace route to a specific IP address. It depends on the region you’re trying to play on, run all 3 of the IPs in your server region, so we can figure out what exactly the issue is.

Btw I would also like to say, inspite of the new ban system in effect and the continued in game reporting, there are plenty of hackers on the leaderboards or otherwise. I dont understand how this could happen if PUBG is seriously working on ridding hackers. In game reporting doesnt work or maybe dev's aren't seriously addressing this issue cuz I've seen pretty much the same people (hackers)destroying squads in top tiers.

@little temple I used to play using a gf tool played for a week .....then stopped..it takes awhile for the system to catch on atleast back then ...not sure how much better the system is now but I wouldn't recommend using a GFX tool I recommend upgrading your device asap

The problem is that actual good players get reported for hacking by complete noobs which in return floods the report system with unneeded Reports

People need to not report a player unless they 100% exhibit the signs that they are hacking...1 good spray doesnt mean anything you gotta spectate the player just dont rage because you got lasered by a VSS OR a M4 some players are just amazing at recoil control

I'm pretty sure I have several reports on me because the way i use the ump makes it look like i have 0 recoil when in reality i been using the gun since season 2 and have come to a near perfect sensitivity for it being I always run a red dot and can still laser people at around 250 meters and hardly miss

My suggestion is ....play a few games....if you die to anyone spend atleast 5 minutes Spectating them if theres still 5 minutes left in the game ...even if they arent hacking because chances are they are either a better player then you or they just got lucky...but in the case that they are just a better player still Spectate them and see how they play and try and incorporate some of the things they do into your playstyle it's a good way to get better at the game ...that's the reason alot of people watch streamers or Youtubers so they can Spectate what the Creator does so they can incorporate some of the creators playstyle into thier own

Now all that is required is assistance in restoring the account to the rightful person.

So basically, my Facebook account was tapped into, which lead to my account being taken, I changed everything over and added a 2 step auth. But the guy added a google play account to my user, and also make me into VN servers. I need to be back intro international and have my account only linked to my Facebook. I don’t know what to do as no one to contact.

Why has my account been suspended?
