I know this might sound dumb but make sure you are playing arcades, I do not believe that evo underground count towards arcades, only quick match and sniper training

Another thing is if you are with a group and leave before them it doesn’t add the game to the total until after everyone has completed the match. Try waiting a few minutes then resetting game
