Your system of matching is really stupid..Im getting Bronze and gold player (who are hackers) and Im in Crown 3.
Happening everyday and in every 5 or 4 out 5 games I face this hackers.
Why the hell do you guys need to give matching with lower tiers..first you said that someone from their team might be in higer but here bot are bronze or platinum gold..platinum diamond and Im getting matched with this people.
You guys said our hacking system has been improved..hold my tier

@slow tangle As per as I know, they use Razor Gold Payment system to purchase UC for your account using their Razor Account. Which is not against the rules. So, make sure that they are using the right method of purchasing uc. If the purchase made from razor, coda pay etc, then it's good

So I got this message early this evening, and I was told by a mod that I should wait til it unlocks after two hours from receiving that message. And I should install the "main client" which I already am using (never used or even knew there is such a thing as cracked clients). Now after I waited 2 hours and reinstalled the whole client from Google Play (obviously), I tried to login and once again I get the same message except that I have to wait til 1am, which is like another 2 hours all over again, like???? Why has my account been suspended?

Accounts are suspended due to violation of the terms of service, usually when suspicious account activity is discovered during a manual investigation, or as an automatic precautionary measure when the anti-cheat system detects unusual account activity. :white_small_square: purchases from third-parties;
:white_small_square: forced refunding through Google or Apple, and;
:white_small_square: use of unauthorized, unofficial and/or cracked game versions.

However, if you believe that your account has been wrongfully suspended, you can submit an appeal by clicking the File Claim button located in the bottom-right corner of the account suspension dialog box. If no reply is delivered within a reasonable time span, your only option is to wait until the punishment automatically expires.

Please do not repeat questions regarding account suspensions, in the Discord server. Contributors, moderators, administrators, and the community team are unable to assist with this in any way, nor do they have the ability to lift account suspensions. Repeated failure to abide by this warning will result in a permanent termination of your access to participate in the Discord server.

Since I didn't have to add the email, maybe the hacker himself added one of his emails...Please give me a solution to what I can do now...This ID is very important to me because I have played Pabji many times before..
