I stoped using The Booster and Game Launcher it work Good I,m not Facing the Freezing issue. But The Game Didn't give Me That good FPS to Compete other players without Official boster or game Launcher because it give 10 or 20 FPs without the Boosters and launchers

And btw..Im still not getting ranked in my Region Ranking-Friend's section.
It still shows 0 to me since season 8 in everything like Duo wins..Terminator etc.
I had reported this many times over here and in game but no solution.
In season 9 someone from you told me that it happens because you're not playing the first game of the new season in the region you want the title but this time I played in the region in which I want to get a title but still its showing not ranked

There was a visible gap between here and enemy also could not kill her stuck in wall but she can shoot and kill enemies however can't pick up ammo..

@viscid forge It usually takes time for the customer support team to make sure if the player is really hacking. They also need to gather some additional data to make sure no tries those hacks again. It also takes some time for the process as anti-hacks system also needs to be improved.

Since this season started I have only ran across 3 or 4 english speaking players none of which are from the US and are hard to understand. The point, and question I am asking is where did the American players all go this season? Not getting matched with any of them. Did they quit because of all the issues due to the end of last season or what? It’s annoying because I cannot find 🇺🇸 players OR players who speak english on pubg and communication is sorta a good chunk of the gameplay.

Equip a different helmet. Tap on settings button to the left.

Disable the visibility in lobby by tapping the button. Then close PUBG and open again.

Then select the helmet you want and re activate the Visibility button.

For "Griefing", players receive a reduction in merit. There are a lot of players who go AFK in War Mode matches, and I report them for "Malicious AFK". I wanted to know what action is being taken against them.

@spring void I purchased a pitch master helmet skin from lucky shop worth of 270 uc it s purchased successful and also i see the helmet in my inventory but when i try to equip the skin it doesn't equipped on the helmet aslo when i changed the helmet levels in my inventory all helmets level change but it still in level 3.

@limber canopy It usually takes time for the customer support team to make sure if the player is really hacking. They also need to gather some additional data to make sure no tries those hacks again. It also takes some time for the process as anti-hacks system also needs to be improved.
