It takes time to sync the data and in the end it fails to connect to the server. Pubg mobile servers are not as strong as YouTube or others. Maybe it will improve in future.

As I said, game never take date of birth or age from social media. Just like you accidentally deleted your account, you might have accidentally selected you're below 16. You should be more careful with options you select
