What you're gonna do is login to game, open settings and contact customer support. And tell them to "revoke access of the Google Play account." Make sure not to write something else to avoid delays. You can contact customer support via the game settings. Refer to FAQ 6.1 in #481198147478224896 for further instructions on how to contact support.

Attached is a screenshot on how to bypass the customer support bot, the options might be slightly different for you, keep trying all the options until you get to see the last message.

There seems to be an issue with iOS users.
Try these steps:
-Try switching data/wifi

Repair the client with the button on the log-in screen.
Clear the game's cache in the app settings
Try to switch networks if it still doesn't work
If it still doesn't work, unfortunately that confirms it's a broad issue, you'll have to wait for a fix (coming soon, the devs are aware of it already.)

@grim tide It usually takes time for the customer support team to make sure if the player is really hacking. They also need to gather some additional data to make sure no tries those hacks again. It also takes some time for the process as anti-hacks system also needs to be improved.

And GFX tool will give you a 1 day temporary ban as a warning first while the controller app won't give you a warning. Direct ban. And at the end it's your choice whether to use the controller or not.

There is no rules like it can't be completed in fpp mode....or your minimum tier has to be platinun or something....But when I complete this challenges in Fpp mode it doesn't count. The only requirement is you have to play in Asia server, then why it doesn't count when I play in Fpp?

I really want my account back because I’ve worked hard on that. I never cheat I never do anything wrong in game. All it was is a simple miscommunication that I didn’t realize I couldn’t use an emulator
