Hey I have a problem: I want to activate the gyroscope, so I put on "always on" but it doesn't work yet. I tried to recalibrate my gyroscope and accelerometer in my phone settings, try to fix the client with the repair command on the main menu of pubgm but he doesn't work yet. Do not give me this ‘report bug in game stuff’ I have a question and wanna know if anyone here is having the same issue: logged on, all my controls for FPP, TPP, and zombie mode were half way off the screen and messed up so I had to restart my controls - frustrating but atleast I could see the controls again and get them back to a halfway normal position on screen. Onscreen when I am looking around (right side) my character randomly jumps, it’s not a issue with my screen - well taken care of device and use it for things that would be noticeable on other apps if it were my device. So why is my character jumping randomly when looking around without pressing a button? Wtf..

Alternatively, in case the report failed or if you have any kind of additional information, such as screenshot(s) and/or video(s), please contact the customer service via the game settings. Refer to subpoint 6.1 in #481198147478224896 for further instructions. Visual content can be uploaded to online hosting services, such as Imgur and YouTube, and sent as links.

The in-game Customer Service is the best way to contact them; even if you get automated responses most of time, you'll get through eventually.
As Kirby just mentioned, the human provided answers were most of time generic answers too, so didn't change much.
You can always e-mail them if you want, using the address I provided you, you'll get an answer from the one Kirby sent (it may vary, depends on how the mail is forwarded internally).

@sonic dew As per the video you shared, you tried to add somone as Bromance. If the person you're sending a connection request already has 5 active connections under Bromance, then that person will not be able to accept any more as the limit for Bromance is only 5
