If you have 3rd party applications which modify the ingame files in any way, then it will give you an account suspension. In any case, we do not recommend playing on a jailbroken phone even though it does not exactly go against the ToS of the game, @dapper panther.

If you log in to VN version, account is transferred to that version but not the progress. If you want, you can ask CS of VN version to transfer your account to global version. If they reply, they will do it. But it is not a guaranteed solution. Even if you get the global version back, getting the progress back to where it was is not guaranteed either. But that's the only solution you have @fluid flume

Now do as I tell you. It might take some time, but it's worth a try. What you're gonna do is login to game, open settings and contact customer support. And tell them to "revoke access of the Twitter account." Make sure not to write something else to avoid delays. You can contact customer support via the game settings. Refer to FAQ 6.1 in #481198147478224896 for further instructions on how to contact support.

Attached is a screenshot on how to bypass the customer support bot, it might be a little different for you but keep playing with the options and you eventually will be helped.

People should not only lose there merit after team killing, they should be given a timeout thing like they can't play squads or duos for like a certain amount of time, I believe that minus is worse then loosing merit.

Reason for this issue may include :
-> Your DNS server has trouble connecting to the game's server.
-> Forced changing of network while ingame or changing of data like device time

Solution
An easy fix for this solution will be fixing your device time.
• Go to settings -> System -> Date and time -> Turn on the options of Automatic date & time and Automatic time zone . This will lead to your device using network provided date and time and will fix your issues.

Facing issues even after changing time? Try switching to a better network or change the DNS server settings using the app DNS Changer from your Play store.

@native pine Once you login to the Vietnamese version, you can no longer play in global version with the same account, no matter the reason. This is a restriction from the Vietnamese government and developers cannot do anything about it. So, unfortunately, for now you'll have to either play your account in Vietnamese version or can create a new account in global version. Don't waste your time seeking for support, they cannot help you.

How would someone not understand that its not the usual or its not international version when login screen itself is in vietname language ? and with Vietname company logo instead of tencent on it ? How many warnings would stop someone from accidently loggin in ?. The answer is very simple, when you regret what you did it will always be accident logins
