Data has been changed almost always means somehow you modified the game data files and in most cases they are modified for cheats.

I spend a lot of time in Training Room to improve my Gameplay rather than playing Classic Match. I also support your step against hackers and i believe in fair gameplay I'm also careful to your Terms & Conditions and User Agreement. But something is wrong in your "Anti Cheating System". Because this system banned me without any reason and disabled my account for ten years. This should not be done to other user, what I've faced. Human must be appointed before banning a player. Currently I'm using Xiaomi RedMi Note 7 Pro Handset to play PUBG Mobile. Also not getting quick Customer support. Also a humble request to check again your faulty "Anti Cheating System" Carefully, it is not coded correctly. I've not used any hack i was just spectating my friends TDM match, a message pop up "Data Change". If you banned me for spectating friend why you have given that option. Please check my all records and release my PUBG Mobile account as soon as possible or refund my money. Otherwise I'll leave PUBG Mobile.

Please look into this enquiry that has been apparently looked into already but it’s 53 days later and there has been no responses apart from automated messages.
The issue is regarding his linked platform which is only Facebook in this case, the account has not been banned, his Facebook account got deactivated and it was linked to the pubgm account. Now he can’t log in to PUBGM.
Weeks ago I have also tried to contact Facebook support but apparently that doesn’t exist unless you pay like 100$ for help. I made a post about the incident and got not one answer.
This is important to me and many other people as this said player is a PUBGM content creator, 851K+ subs on Youtube, 51K+ on Instagram, amongst other platforms like Twitter. It’s been 53 days and the issue hasn’t even been looked into, this person has been patient but it’s almost ridiculous in how little help the situation is getting, it’s all automated replies, and it would be really nice to have an actual living human being guide us and help us with this situation.
With the most popular viewed video having 15MIL+ views, without a doubt is he helping your game in a lot of aspects. He hasn’t been able to content create or even get in the game in weeks. Please help..thank you for your time ❤️
