Previously this message never popped up and you would get a response from File Claim after a few days
However, in the past week tencent has ramped up their banning. They have banned at least 18000 players. I think they closed their file claim system because they know many of the cheaters that were banned will try to dispute it, which would waste their time and flood the system. All I can recommend is keep trying. But it is likely that nothing will ever happen.

You won't get banned but you will have network issues.

@surreal portal while warp mode is on, the app will use it's own IP address to secure the connection(according to their message). So, disconnecting it during the match will cause network error. If someone repeat it(connect and disconnect the app) continuously, they will see data error message from the app. Which will create problem.
That's why you have to run the app in background without Disconnecting it.

I have noticed that, after the login/server issue in Bangladesh, people using different trick/different booster / VPN to access the game. Some people continuously connect and disconnect their network or network changer apps(vpn or dns like 1.1.1.1). Which may trigger the anti-cheat engine.
As a result, there is a chance of getting "data error " message in game. Repeating the same process (continuously changing network, Network apps) can cause ban!
So, if you don't have proper knowledge about the network apps, kindly don't use them untill server is fixed.
@mods kindly don't recommend any kind of trick or 2nd app (that change the network) untill the server is fixed. ||people can't use them properly π ||

I faced network problem, properly not working my pubg mobile in Bangaladesh.
There something wrong.
When I opened the pubg mobile then I showing checking updates but that's not finished. I just try and try but showing this problem many times. I tried to this issue then someone suggested that vpn trick and that's working but ping/ms very high and I don't play my game. Another one suggest me data/wifi off and open pubg mobile then login page when come as like facebook/twitter etc. Then turn on data/wifi and login. It's working but some error code in display.
And a problem we all faced that I don't know why sound problem, I don't herring any team mate sound also they...
Please solve the server problem and fixed it.

Some people continuously connect and disconnect their network or network changer apps(vpn or dns like 1.1.1.1). Which may trigger the anti-cheat engine.
As a result, there is a chance of getting "data error " message in game. Repeating the same process (continuously changing network, Network apps) can cause ban!

We are aware of the issue and are still awaiting a response from the team. We will post an update regarding the issue as soon as we get any information.
For the time being, users are requested to not use any VPN services to access the game.
Instead,
β’ Android users can use an application called DNS changer and use the Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1) to access the game.
β’ iOS users can check faq subpoint 1.4 regarding how to change DNS settings.
Users are requested to use 1.1.1.1 as Primary DNS and Secondary DNS as 1.0.0.1
Android users please note : You have to keep this application active in the backgroud while playing the game to avoid any Data connection errors.

@opaque sigil There are a lot of exploits coming everyday and it's not always possible to detect those - as some of them can act like a camouflage. At that time, when you report - the security team learns what method they used and they will filter it to anti cheat engine. Every time you report, you're contributing to the system.
The reason why it seems like reporting doesn't work is the sheer number of reports. With approximately 400 million players, 50 million of whom are actively daily, the amount of reports that Tencent needs to individually investigate is very large. So, once you report someone, the game simply flags the account. Once a person has certain number of reports, the game will give this account a red flag and the security team investigate the account. It just takes some time, be patient.
