You also don’t have to be a hacker trying to get every kill to get banned. See the Tos, everything down to your behavior and actions can cause a ban.

Often times you have to prove it, since everyone can say they did nothing wrong but detection will say different. You can say you don’t have any cheats but then have a program that boost performance or weakens it so you can see through rocks, or have an out of App Store version

can someone explain to me why gfx apps are bannable offense? if they are as dangerous as you claim why does google play allow them to publish the apps? is there any review of gameplay being done before people that use them are banned? why should i play on lower settings when my phone can take higher? why doesnt pubg mobile have more customization of gfx? instead of "profiles" of gfx we need detailed seperate settings for: resolution, antialiasing, things that these apps offer and make the game better for each person's device. instead you lock down most of the "profiles" and we have to play a game on 40fps and with chunky edges. Modifying game files is against the Terms of Use, that's why you can get a ban.
About customization, the "profiles" are detected by your own device, there's nothing we can change about it. If your device decides it can take it, it means it can't. Using GFX Tools to "unlock" higher specs is just going to harm your phone, on a long period.

So anyone who uses a GFX tool, to not hurt their eyes by having a smoother framerate and clearer image is seen the same as a lowlife hacker by TenCent? And in the same time TenCent does not provide true customization of graphics. The device doesn't detect anything. The client detects the hardware and somehow decides they can't run above a level of graphics. Well they obviously can, and personally my phone doesn't even heat up on 60FPS. And for that i may get banned? Do you see any logic in that? Meanwhile the hackers get banned and just make a new account and start hacking again? And the hacking detection system obviously still does nothing.

Mam I'm From Bangladesh & we are havig verious problems here.
Loging problem + ingame voice cannot connect + disable to enter match. So we are loosing our tiers and point getting low KD/Ratio

When did PUBG will fix it ?

@lofty briar It seems they found out that you were teaming up with players cheating in game.

If you think you didn't and you leave game when you find cheaters, you can follow some steps to avoid a 10 years ban. Just play with the same team by creating a new guest account; die early and closely observe them to find out who is doing it.
