There was a friend's friend of mine who got fed up with hackers who decided to install hack. He hacked and played for a season he got banned. Well that's great news. But again he made new account installed hack and until the day of ban, he played for several days. And now again he made a new account with the same device I presume, installed hack and playing again. He was a conquer in last season. So what I am saying is banning hackers accounts are not good enough. Its my suggestion to ban the people based on IP address and it will still not be good enough as they will use another IP address. The best way to ban them would be based on MAC address.

Try equipping the skin on all the closets and try again.
@vapid rapids You have to complete all the missions along with the weekly mission crates to get RP level 100 by the end of the season.
You can also gain extra RP points by opening crates or doing certain events which give RP points as rewards.

when I simultaneously press more than 2/3 fingers to do crouch + shoot + scope and / or peek, something else happens than it should
For example if i press crouch+ fire and the scope button in the same time the gun doesn't fire or if i press crouch+fire+scope+peek the gun doesn't fire and the scope is not opening

@neon meadow Since it was set to automatic, we suggest you to follow the latter. Your network is having suspicious traffic, if you use DNS from Google or CloudFlare, you can secure the connection. It is technically not your fault but your ISPs. Or you can use mobile data while playing the game - better solution.
