so my friend has been experiencing a problem in the game where the player doesn't rotate if he's using the directions stick, he only rotates if he lets go of the directions , so he if he wants to look to the other direction he basically has to stop moving, switch direction and then continue moving which is really annoying, I've had him change the controls, clear cache , even uninstalling and installing the game again but the problem is still there, I even had him install a multitouch tester app to check if it's the screen that's malfunctioning but according to the app the screen is fine.

Three times I’ve been playing normally, raking up kills and doing well in the match then the server just kicks me out of the game, says something about data changes and then just logs me out and bans me for 10 minutes. It is really frustrating, no hacking, no mod app, I had my iPhone jailbroken and I deleted everything, even restored my iPhone to factory settings.

Hello, I was in a classic game, and right as I began shooting at someone it gave me a notification saying data has changed or something, and I got locked out for 10 minutes.

I was using cellular data, and not connected to WiFi. Could that have anything to do with it?
I don’t have any type of VPN or adblock or gfx tools, or any other 3rd party app that could have caused this and my phone isn’t jailbroken or anything.

There are three reasons for the issue,

1 - You have recently switched your operating system, either Android to iOS or iOS to Android. Simply switching back will solve the issue.
2 - One of your linked social media methods were revoked, either you mistakenly did it from your social media settings or you asked customer support to revoke it for you.
3 - If your login methods are either WeChat or VK, you'll need to install the apps manually on your phone, in order for them to show up on linked social media settings.
