@clever wharf There are a lot of exploits coming everyday and it's not always possible to detect those - as some of them can act like a camouflage. At that time, when you report - the security team learns what method they used and they will filter it to anti cheat engine. Every time you report, you're contributing to the system.

The reason why it seems like reporting doesn't work is the sheer number of reports. With approximately 400 million players, 50 million of whom are actively daily, the amount of reports that Tencent needs to individually investigate is very large. So, once you report someone, the game simply flags the account. Once a person has certain number of reports, the game will give this account a red flag and the security team investigate the account. It just takes some time, be patient.

The only way now would be to either File Claim, or create another account.

1. Go into Facebook app, and Sign out. Don't login with another account.
2. Repair the game, as the error is usually seen when a user already has registered with another facebook account.
3. Re-install the game file(s) again by using the Repair option. Then you should be able to login hopefully.

If any of the above don't work, Install the game again from your Playstore / Appstore, or contact the facebook support regarding it.

Thus, you can login again with another account. You'll see the same error if you try to login with another facebook account of yours, after using a different facebook account previously.

@quick mauve I'm sorry but we cannot help you regarding 10 years ban. You may wanna tap on file claim, if you get a reply within 3 days with a positive message, there's a chance you can get the ban lifted and will receive a high number of UC as compensation. But if you don't get reply within 3 days, it simply means your account was investigated and found the ban was fair.

So, once you report someone, the game simply flags the account. Once a person has certain number of reports, the game will give this account a red flag and the security team investigate the account. It just takes some time, be patient.
