hey @opaque igloo , unfortunately no one in this server can directly help you with that.

file claim via in-game is the only way out, and it's recommended to contact them regularly ~1-2 times per day for quite a while. Even then, the chances of receiving a reply are fairly low. I've also heard it's recommended to click unrelated buttons in the file-claim or use a non-banned phone & account to contact the CS, so experiment with that as well

As shown in the screenshot you should not get a Mythic item for the last two achievements in a row. When you look at your counter you received a Mythic item from crates on the 191th draw and it resets, it shows the highest consecutive times you did not receive any Legendary item. As soon as you receive it, the counter resets and you will have to try again @night cloak.

Did you watch his gameplay? Or did you just check his K/D? I mean, it’s possible to get 14 K/D with 1 match if that player got 14 kills, but if you did watch his gameplay and you find it fishy, then report the player(s) in-game, @grizzled bronze.

Are you referring to an image similar to this @storm willow? If so, I can assure you that hackers/cheaters are consistently banned. The most effective way to get a hacker banned is by reporting them using the in-game reporting system. If the hacker you previously reported was banned due to your report, you will receive an in-game mail notifying you that the hacker you reported has been permanently suspended.

@gray merlin There are a lot of exploits coming everyday and it's not always possible to detect those - as some of them can act like a camouflage. At that time, when you report - the security team learns what method they used and they will filter it to anti cheat engine. Every time you report, you're contributing to the system.

The reason why it seems like reporting doesn't work is the sheer number of reports. With approximately 400 million players, 50 million of whom are actively daily, the amount of reports that Tencent needs to individually investigate is very large. So, once you report someone, the game simply flags the account. Once a person has certain number of reports, the game will give this account a red flag and the security team investigate the account. It just takes some time, be patient.

@soft mulch You tap on file claim, if you get a reply within 3 days with a positive message, there's a chance you can get the ban lifted and will receive a high number of UC as compensation. But if you don't get reply within 3 days, it simply means your account was investigated and found the ban was fair.

@night cloak less than 10% of people get unbanned for 10 years, but it does happen. Most of my experience with friends who got banned is in s4 and s5 before the automated system, but people who did get unbanned did so after a weeks or a month of daily messages. One of them got on #1 of the subreddit before manually unbanned, but he’s a well-known professional player

Recently, my friend who got unbanned says that his account was marked so no matter what if you go through the correct automated messages, it doesn’t go to a real person. You have to use either a different unbanned account/phone to reach a real person, which is what he did to get unbanned
