So I have a few issues with my game account.

#

a) I don't have the option to link my account to a new social meda e.g twitter even though currently I only have it linked to Facebook.

#

b) The option to change my account region and age is not vailable for me in settings.

#

The in-game support doesn't help at all and keeps on repeating the stps through which I can edit those settings.

#

Also, I have 2 in-game accounts and even though I run em on the same device, my account that has problem with the settings has a few bugs i.e. the lucky airdrop hasnt updated in 3 weeks and ive been getting 3 hats in it and I dont get any extra weekly deals.

#

Its quite frustrating cause that's my main account.

Social media account security is the users own responsibility. The game or the staff team is not reponsible for the user giving out sensitive information about the social media account to obvious scam websites which leads to the account getting hacked.
In any case, we cannot be of any help. Kindly take the problem to the ingame customer support with proper evidence proving the account ownership.

• Try re-equipping the helmet.

It is normal for players to get matched in Indonesian lobbies while playing on Asia server. It is something the game decides depending on the location and network server information the game receives from your ISP.

Have you tried switching to another network?

Every 3 games there are 2 games where I can't enter the spawn island..

It does not reduce or increase recoil, the suppressor effectively reduces the amount of sound your rifles makes when firing and greatly reduces muzzle flash. The suppressor can give players a serious advantage over opponents who don’t pay incredibly close attention to the audio cues in game. It will allow you to open fire on targets while making substantially less noise than if you were using a flash hider or no muzzle attachment at all. The loud crack of the muzzle gas leaving the barrel is reduced to a lower frequency “thump”. Your shots will still be audible to other players in close vicinity, but intermediate to distant players will not hear anything when you fire. A careful, skilled player can use the concealment provided by the suppressor to wipe entire squads of players who don’t listen carefully and work together to find the source of incoming fire, @night cloak.

So my ping in TDM sometimes go high( although I am getting decent ping on asia server) and also the opponents are so easy for me to kill. It seems like they are new. Does this mean that I am getting matches in other server? Or what is the issue? I tried clearing cache, restarting my phone (since I use 4G to play) and also reinstalling the entire game. Ping fluctuations are directly related to the internet quality, @rapid sphinx.

You should be fine as long as the ping shows in green. If the ping is spiking (suddenly going above 250ms), kindly switch to a better network.

In addition, reporting hackers/cheaters in-game helps speed up the process for the Developers to make the game free from hackers.
