@near snow The most preferred way to report while in a match. It's just not an automatic ban button. Humans in general are vindictive and very sore losers. As such, reporting a player instead flags their account for review by Tencent. The reason why it seems like reporting doesn't work is the sheer number of reports. With approximately 400 million players, 50 million of whom are actively daily, the amount of reports that Tencent needs to individually investigate is very large.

I bought a Samsung S10 Plus in March. I have been getting crazy frame drops since then. At first I thought this will get fixed eventually as pubg probably wasn't optimized for the new s10 but not even after so many months it actually got even worse. It's becoming unplayable at this point. Had no issue with any other game and as you people already know S10 is very powerful high end device (Samsung flagship phone). So is pubg gonna do something about this as they are doing for any problems with iPhone iOS 13 bugs.

I want the server staff team to let it's community know about a major issue with the game.

If you notice, you'll see people spamming "Get 8100 free UC by visiting www.example.com" message in world chat and stuff. When people visit these links, they are asked to collect rewards and items. And when we do so, it asks us to login and most people fall for it.

They collect the account information, and basically spam the message with that account, basically like a "Share to win" thing.

This has happened with me on discord as well. Yesterday, some guy called "Error" messaged me and asked me for my ID & password (which I didn't give since he had a #0000 different discrim)

Where they basically change their name to somewhat a staff member and beg for account details in DMs. Yesterday, as I mentioned, someone called Error DMed me for the same thing. I am currently not aware of any possible solution to fix this, however you could try repairing your client by logging out of your account and click the "Repair" option on the top-right of your screen, @vivid heart.

• Scroll down on the Repair menu and select the last option.
• Click "OK" and wait.
