the only people (like ~10%) who got their account unbanned did so through in-game customer support, and by messaging file-claim regularly (like daily) for a 3-6 weeks until all of a sudden their account was unlocked. they were persistent but polite, and sent proof but not too much. one person got to #1 of /r/pubgmobile and got theirs directly handled, but he plays comp
chances are, however, the customer support will not get back to you and your account is gone. it's worth a shot, but expect the worst

I have a question. How does Tier protection work exactly. Cuz i hit tier protection. Then gained 1 point. then gain 2 points. Then lost 20+ and I assumed i should have tier protection again but instead i didnt have it. Once you hit tier protection once. How do you get it back?

@odd cobalt if 3500 is like diamond 3 and you hit it once, then tier protection GONE. so if you lost 20 and are now at like say 3483, then you now have tier protection for 3400. if you win your next game and go to 3510, you once again have one tier protection for 3500
besides S8, I did not play since s5 but back then, different tiers had more than 1 tier protection. i.e. Ace had 2 or 3 tier protections before you crashed back to crown I, which all refreshed upon returning to Ace. HOWEVER, I don't think this is the case in s8 (and consequently s9), but am not sure -

Tier protection Mechanism protects your rating when you complete Classic matches while in a group with your friends. This option is to save your tier ranking if you get killed sooner in the game.
However, do note that tier protection works only if you play the matches with your friends and it won’t work for the matches with random players.
You receive a tier protection opportunities based on your initial tier or when you reach a new tier.
- Rank V of each tier grants 3 tier protections.
- Rank IV to I of each tier grant 1 tier protection each.
- Conqueror and Ace tier grant 3 tier protections.
If your total rating falls below the lowest thresold of your current tier, protection will be triggered and your total rating will only be reduced to the minimum required to enter your current tier. You will be demoted if you have no protection left.
After triggering protections, you can earn them back by increasing your total rating (except Conqueror Tier or when you reach Conqueror from Ace).

You have to secure your Facebook account: Change the password, log out from other locations, etc.

Because your phone does default mapping. So it managed to set up the action "looking around" with one of the joysticks, but can't set up the others automatically because it's not supposed to.
