Most people here are confused between PLAYING and DOWNLOADING.
▪ VPN usage? Not allowed.
▪ When you're downloading the game, you're using a VPN to download the Lite version, which is perfectly fine because it takes place through your Playstore / Appstore and not your PUBG Mobile application.
And when you're using a VPN to access your Playstore / Appstore, it still is an official source, only that the country is changed.

You can download the game with a vpn, but you can't play without it, because playstore doesn't tell the game if you are in russia or the uk or anything. The game checks the ip of your internet connection and tells from that where do you live. A vpn temporarily changes your ip adress. That is not recommended because of the ip changes the bots can BAN you.

I've been banned from PUBG Mobile for 'violating Regulations' when I don't even know what I'm banned for. I never use hacks, download the false version of pubg mobile, I never use gfx tool and any listed in the regulations. Also I would like to point out when I was trying to get help from the Pubg Support they simply ignored me for 1 day. I've been trying to get my cousins account back for almost a week now. In game support is nothing but bots. The person hacked her stole her account and sold it to another person.

Firstly you need to contact customer support of those social medias and get your account secured, @limber owl.

@grizzled lark he hacked her Facebook and got it disabled. Facebook has even worse support than tencent. The person is masquerading around on her account sending the links around to everyone in her friend list to try and steal their accounts also
The in game support keeps resetting after we send them proof of multiple purchases she made to proof she owns the account

She linked both her fb and Gmail but when trying to log into her Gmail it says she should use the Vietnamese version. Which is beyond silly as we can't even download that app in our country

Using a game account for the global version of the game in a different game version, such as the Vietnamese version, will make you unable to use the same account in the global version at a later time. Attempt to access this account in the global version after having used it in a different game version will result in the following notification message:
- Data has changed and you have been disconnected.
In that case, be advised that there is no way of recovering access to use this account in the global version, @fallen grail.
I have least information about those issues, @limber owl, but the thing is we cannot do anything from here, it's you that who have to contact them and justify yourself about that issue.
It is possible to get those accounts back, @limber owl. It might take more time than you expect, but customer support is the only way to get those working.
