Though if anyone could help me submit it, that would be good too, here is my suggestion for the game:
Please include an option in the setting allowing users to disable the aim function in some buttons, i.e: right shoot button, scope, peek left, peek right,... some people play using multiple fingers and almost all the time the game confuse and doesn’t know which button should they grant the aim function. So please include this feature, it would make the game way better for us.

Anti cheat is not a machine, it's a term like Dyno filters. Once someone found having a new exploit, they will be investigated and the exploits will be filtered to the game. So everytime the game detects it, the game can flag the account. And to get developers to do it, you need to report those players. You can't really blame the cops if you didn't report a crime.

@night cloak I think more software engineers to develop a more automated anitcheat system and less clothing designers making clothes would help. FB has a great system for detecting anomalies. Although not a game the principles behind thier system are the same. Similarly antivirus can detect anomalies without human intervention.
It would really help PUBG to develop such automated systems rather than relying on people to make the verification. With the number of cheaters in the game it is better to automatically ban a large amount of cheaters and manually review possible innocents caught in the automated system ;)
I report cheaters/hackers when they are encountered but they are not banned and my score is still negatively impacted.
Another thought. If PUBG fixes the scoring then folks would not be so concerned about losing to cheaters.

But if they don't get reply within 3 days, it simply means their account was investigated and found the ban was valid.

But you mentioned they were banned for two months. 2 months ban is actually a warning for an upcoming major ban. Can you send a screenshot of the ban message so I can give you an idea of what could go wrong? Sometimes we make mistakes unknowingly.

Pubg Mobile can fix hacker issues in 2 ways :
1 launch windows based exe program that will login accounts as emulator but will be faster then them and have more control over its data.
2 Implement matchmaking rules as in Cs:Go such as players with royal pass or 3000+ achievement points are matched with one another. This way when a hacker gets banned he/she will not just make another account and start messing everyone up.

2nd option is better and easy in my opinion and also PubgM needs to take action because hackers are coming in mobile servers by two methods root and bypass.

Should you encounter players that are cheating or otherwise gaining an unfair advantage over other players through use of unauthorized third-party software or methods that are not supported by the game developers, please report them by using the built-in report system which is available on the score/spectate screen at the end of every match and in the Tier Overview section of their profile via friend search.

Alternatively, in case you have any kind of additional information, such as screenshot(s) and/or video(s), please contact the customer service via the game settings. Refer to subpoint 6.1 in #481198147478224896 for further instructions.

I was playing a game connected to wifi but pink disaster fell and then I opened the cellular data to be able to continue quickly and then threw out of the game and tried to enter my account I saw a 3-month ban I'm happy to see my message thank you

You report them to customer support, they investigate about that player and their gameplays and then they take actions, @serene shadow.

every day i give report on cheater in my friend list
but he reach crown1 tier and he play with me and he use full hack with all thing and he still play normaly in last season he reach conqueror tier this sick game is full with cheater and hacker

It might take more time than you expect them to be, @serene shadow. Probably there are not just a single reports about hackers everyday, they need their time to investigate on them and then they take actions on them. There is no point of complaining it in here.

Yes, the report system is slow. But, you can report hacker to Customer Support with enough proof. They will investigate the issue and will take necessary steps.🙂

Hello, @serene shadow. Reporting hackers/cheaters in-game helps speed up the process for the Developers to make the game free from hackers. You can check on #news or PUBGM's Official Twitter as they release a partial list of banned players every week.
