@night cloak It's the ISP I'll blame then. They are connecting to a server far from you but not your closest one. We had a lot of people had such issues, simply changing the internet to a more reliable package solved it for them. We're not in a debate if it is the game's fault or ISPs, just giving you a hint on what can cause the issue. Still you can DM @neat turret for further information, he's network expert.

The game was lagging for a moment, you can check the official stream too , unfortunately at that moment we were rushing a squad in cars and due to the lag we couldn’t get out of it,change guns and it became a huge advantage for the opponents .I’ve attached a video of that lagging moment(from official stream), you can watch the kill feed , my team FALLENangels getting killed at that moment. @harsh anchor could any of you guys help us?

@blazing saddle The network is fine 😦 It all started after the update, ping wont stay low or stay stable. I actually have a really good internet, it used to work great for pubgm and eveyr other games before. I will try the repair client thing.
There are bugs and issues. That was supposed to be fix(As i was informed from some other mod) , I just cant play nowadays 😦 rreal terrible.
If the repair client does not work, you can try to clear the game cache from the device settings, if you have an Android device.

@wild coral Hmm. 10 years ban. Here's a few step you can follow to avoid that in future:
- Uninstall the game completely, and install it once again from Play Store.
- Check your installed apps to see if there's any apps you basically don't need or shouldn't be there on phone and uninstall those as well. Even some Ad blocker apps can cause trouble too. You know which ones are for use.
- Don't use any apps that is anyway related to the game or helps you play pubg more efficiently - those apps might cause trouble.
- Don't change your internet source while in game too often.

@mystic island Report is the only thing that works. There are a lot of exploits coming everyday and it's not always possible to detect those - as some of them can act like a camouflage. At that time, when you report - the security team learns what method they used and they will filter it to anti cheat engine. Every time you report, you're contributing to the system.

I know a player who is using cheats and I play with him sometimes. He said he bought the cheat for 30$ and last season he reached conquerer using the cheat and he hasn't been banned yet. I personally played with him and secretly reported him but no action yet. So this is proof that the in-game reporting system is completely useless. The guy is still going forward using his cheats and in the way to reach ace and soon conquerer.
