After buying the 120 UC i clicked the item and my game crashed. IDK why. After that i restarted the game and bought the 180UC Vampire QBZ skin. And i got that. i got the Hat and the Gun skin. but not the outfit.

Hello, @steady trellis. That might be an unintentional glitch from the Developers' side. In which after you bought the QBZ skin, the offer menu disappears as you would no longer need it. You need to contact the in-game support and send any necessary evidence of your most recent UC purchases. Please keep in mind that response time from the customer service may vary as they tend to receive hundreds if not thousands of support tickets a day.

Aim acceleration is basically when u swipe the same area on ur screen, ur crosshair covers diff distances as it accelerates thus u cannot build muscle memory!
Hello there, @olive dagger. In order to attain a smooth gameplay, please make sure you close all background applications that may be running in order to clear up some memory. In addition, you may also log out of your account and in the login menu, click the "Repair" button on the top right of your screen and have your game repaired. I hope that resolves your issues.
That is probably due to scope sensitivity. 
@olive dagger Try cleaning ram and closing apps before playing, routine repair it, uninstall and reinstall.
Each one has its own feel. Also xbox is different from mobile version.

PUBGM has no consistency in how the crosshair moves, I understand what you want is the crosshair to always move at the same speed all the time. If it's consistent it's easier to practise and commit things to muscle memory. The current suggestion to "turn it off" is to set acceleration to 0 and increase your sensitivity to suit. I've read reports that this still gives a tiny amount of acceleration and it could be beneficial to set acceleration to 10 and lower the sensitivity to suit. Whichever feels best for you I suppose.
My ping is always 150+ from 9PM to 12:30-1AM, why?my bandwidth is good. This problem is with pubg only, I even repaired it,what to do?

It depends on your device processor as well, @olive dagger. Since you mentioned that the specifications for your device are 4GB RAM and Snapdragon 625, I do not think it will allow you to achieve the Smooth+Extreme framerate (60FPS) experience unfortunately. I hope you understand.

Try to clear the game cache from the device settings. The game will automatically redownload the data once you open it after clearing cache. This should fix the issue, @cosmic gazelle.

Its not just visual but it's an actual bug, why my game freezes when i try to change from solo wins to any other option?and why I didn't get ranked in region even for example the #1 solo wins guy had 223 wins and I had 220 wins so as per that I should've got the #2solo wins title(just an example) but no,I didn't get it.

@dapper scarab, as far as I know - you are only able to achieve 60FPS with the "Extreme" Framerate option under the Graphic settings. As of now, most high-end devices are able to attain this "Extreme (60FPS) framerate" option by selecting the lowest graphics possible, which is (Smooth).
The maximum frame rate available for the game right now is 60 FPS. Try keeping the graphics as smooth and the FPS as maximum possible for a smoother gameplay experience, @dapper scarab.

I need help! I buyed a ipad 2018. If i am ingame and activate the mic, the sound is horrible. It doesnt work with any wired headset. I tested ist with different types, also lightningcable. The only way it works is with bluetooth, but the latency is bad for gameplay. I also tested the iOS 13 beta, but doesnt help. Does anyone knows about this issiues and have solution? You need keep eye on that fps if it going down to 40 fps around or not which says its lagging and if you see in video you will see stutter which don't happen before i open chat . @kind olive if you are using Bluetooth headset it does freeze the screen when turning chat on for a second and doesn’t happen if again if you leave it on. If you start out with it on then you won’t have an issue. It started happening to me this season and only occurs for me when I have to switch mid game to Bluetooth so I can charge my device.

In that case, I am only implying a possibility that it could be a bug since the user mentioned that he logs in everyday - hence, he logs in consecutively without missing a single day. In view of this, he logged in everyday but the achievement progress bar stays at "30" and did not increased at all.

Jinxed achievement and 60 day login missions are not bugged.
The 60 day login achievement was added with 0.14.0 update and the counter maximum count was 30, till the achievement was added.
If the player misses a single login day before the update, the counter resets but show the highest consecutive number of logins (i.e. 30). For example, I login consecutively for 59 days, missed a login day, updated the game. The counter will be stuck for 30/60 for me till I start logging in consecutively all over again.
Regarding Jinxed Achievement,
For the Jinxed 1 & 2 achievement, you have to not get a Legendary or above item from crates costing 120 UC and above, consecutively.
For the Jinxed 3 & 4 achievement, you have to not get a Mythic item from crates costing 120 UC and above, consecutively.
Note : If players fail to comply with achievement requirements, the counter will get stuck at the highest consecutive draw and players will have to start the achievement task all over again.

@night cloak There's no set amount. It totally depends on in which tier you're in, your average kill, your average survival time and the tier of all the players in a single match. When a match loads, your survival and kill ratings are added to two different pools (two concurrent elo/mmr systems) along with the survival and kill ratings of all 99 other players. Everyone is then assigned a rank based on your ratings comparably. It is important to note that all 100 players can have very similar ratings and therefore require similar Win percentiles. In these scenarios the highest ranking player may not see a big loss in points if dying early. However, when the rating pool is drastically spread out, lets say from bronze to platinum, the highest rating platinum player will see a large loss in points if dying early.

We have reported them a lot but unfortunately the game system is unable to detect them but they have reached very high levels without any ban despite their obvious cheating during this video
