But what you can do, is to revoke access to that account: the hacker won't be able to login anymore.

Sorry if we are a bit disappointing but your issue is beyond our reach for us players and discord staff since they do not handle bans. Also for the response time of CS it is slow since many players contact them daily might take days if your lucky or months if your not. My best tip is to put in as much effort as possible since it is the only way and be patient. Just use your “Account want it back attitude” as motivation and you should succeed.
