If you think you were banned by mistake. You can tap on file claim. If you get a reply within 3 days saying the system mistakenly issued a ban, your ban will be lifted and you will receive compensation UC. If you don't get reply within 3 days, it basically means your account was checked and the team found it violated the ToS. Just clearing up something.

i have 49 weapon skins but in achievement at Art Curator its just counted only 48. i hade 48 weapons skins after getting DP skin from RP. After completing 100 level of RP i opened 10 creates and got M416's viper skin. but since then its not counted yet. i did all those pubg said ( force stop, repair) but it didn't work at all.
