I'll tell you what is the most likely scenario, @hot charm.
• You probably gave away your login information of the social media account to scam sites, or got your social media account compromised by keeping a less secure password.
• The user who got access to your account, logged in your account to the VN version, which disables you from logging in back to the Global version.
• You could have done the above by mistake.

Now the only possible solution for you is to somehow login to your account on the VN version, get into contact with the VN version ingame customer support and a request an account transfer back to Global version.

P.S. : It would be better if you recheck and change your social media account passwords and security as it is your own responsibility.

I have the same device but it works fine for me, @silent rapids. Something I usually do is play under cool temperature and restart the game/Device before the game so it runs smoother. It will also work great if you have a wifi that can give you 20ms.

So I have had an idea for the quick chat bar in game and make a quick chat that says look there and it puts a pin on the environment just like enemies ahead would. This came from the problem of me and my squad if you are pointing something out on your environment the only thing you can do that with is enemies head and since this game does not have a pindrop shown on your environment like some other games would it can get confusing when you say enemies ahead when somebody asks for where something is or if you're pointing out of car.
