If you give me your device specs i will know right away. You can try reinstalling if restarting did not do anything. Also battery percentage affects game. And graphics settings do also. @errant holly

- Check internet. (Common cause of most lag)
- Device’s heat and percentage can effect overall performance of the game. Make sure you keep it cool and battery high.
- Suitable graphics for your device. I don’t recommend going the highest you can go the lower the easier your device will handle the game.
- Make sure you restart your device from time to time. Once a day atleast.
- 1-4 don’t make a difference then you can hit the repair button. Or reinstall the game if you have patience.
- If 1-5 fail that means you need to wait for an optimisation update. Sadly you are part of the many players who suffer from the game not handling well with your device. And your only hope is an update.

People eventually get in contact through cs. Long line lots of players wanting things. Lots of hackers acting dumb trying to get their accounts back. It’s not as easy as you think. Crates have low chance look at odds your not being scrowded your just being ignorant. Note you are not the only player who is waiting for a response.
