Yeah it's called connection ping, Not map ping. Just for future problems if you face it again.

Try to play on a lower ping server when picking your map and mode. That should help. Also make sure your connection is fine! Sometimes it can be from your side or your ISP, Not the game

But, if there is not enough player, they will match into a different server(with Indonesian players) as a result, they will get high ping. Simple solution: get a strong internet connection!👍

Are you able to report this issue through the in-game report a bug button or customer service? Even though i doubt the problem is from the game itself, It is your best bet to assist you. But again, Keep in mind to play in a better server where the ping rate is appearing to be good and always make sure your connection is stable

Hello support! Let me explain you the problem. My twitter account got hacked by someone and somehow he thinks to connect with it in my PUBG mobile account. He started to stole my credits from my account and imediately I contacted the PUBG mobile support to help me. They said that they can't help me because it's social media account problem. I understand that. By the way, the account waas firstly created with Faceboom account (This is how i can still connect to my PUBG mobile account). Today when i was trying to connect to account, i saw that the account got banned. I swear that i have no ideea what happend. Than i checked the message from Notice and I saw that account got banned at 4:15 AM ( UTC + 2.) and the conlcusion is that the hacker who got my Twitter account used cheats in the game (maybe, i am not sure) and my account got banned because i live in Romania and at that time in the morning i was sleeping. Please help me with this big problem because i invest a considerable amount of money and a lot of time in this account, believe me that i had never used cheats in the past and i will never do it. I fi was responsable for this problem i hadn't type to you right know! Thank you in advice guys!
