@echo eagle unfortunately no one here can help you, and that includes the community team of Tencent in this server. I'm sorry to hear you were wrongfully banned; it's not particularly uncommon that innocent players are permanently banned for cheating.
There's no way to get help except through file-claim and possibly email, and I've heard mixed results from my friends about whether or not they were able to get in contact with a real person to help them at Tencent. However, many people who did get their account unbanned were persistent and sent a lot of claims before getting heard back from. Do expect the worst because most people will not get past the automated messages though...

um if the GFX user gets tagged as a cheater and you were recorded playing with him, you could get a temporary ban. a long while back, i used gfx for 5 months and didnt get even a warning so i dont think it's too concerning, but times might have changed. in any case, unless they're your close friend i would not risk it - people get banned for playing random squads pairing them with a cheater

When it come’s to hackers just hit the report button on top we know it works. We usually get Cheaters playing dumb here trying to get their accounts back. Don’t worry i know the anti cheat system is getting better on mobile each season. I personally haven’t seen a hacker this season. For emulator it might take longer since people have better tools to cheat in the game since they have access to it via PC. In a few seasons time the Dev team should have tackled many types and forms of Cheats so in the mere future we will be cheater free. Oh i see, he killed you through the wall of a building, yea dude thats not fair. I had a similar thing happen to me but I couldn’t get the guy banned because i had been inside of a building, i have not moved or made any indication that i was hiding there, but my opponent must’ve had xray on or something because he came out of nowhere (im positive he didnt see me go inside in the first place) and he just runs up, pops a frag in the exact window to the room i was in and runs off before it exploded. Technically i had no proof that he was “hacking” but i was damn sure what happened

@meager wagon it's really common for people banned to not be given any reason for it. the system makes mistakes and if yours was a mistake, keep filing claim regularly and they may eventually get back to you. my friend sent ~30 file claims and emails before he got a non-automated reply and eventually his ban was lifted.
Most people, however, never get a non-automated reply. so I would just play on an alt account for the time being
