Apple devices have a problem where if your mic or speaker is on it'll automatically degrade the quality of incoming sound. what I do is when it stops working , I turn off mic/speakers, unplug and replug my headphones, then it works fine (even w/ speakers turned back on). it never works well with mic on tho...

Solution: Use SMG instead of AR in Los Leones to complete the mission until a fix is pushed .

Do a speed test on both data and wifi to compare, you should see a difference.
That's what's posing you the issues.
