There are three reasons for the issue, @night cloak:
1 - You have recently switched your operating system, either Android to iOS or iOS to Android. Simply switching back will solve the issue.
2 - One of your linked social media methods were revoked, either you mistakenly did it from your social media settings or you asked customer support to revoke it for you.

Anti-Cheating System will always keep an eye on players' behaviour in game strictly. Any rule violations in the game will be punished after detected by system, @random rock.
Some common violations that will be detected by the system are as follows:
- Use any cheating tools in the game;
- Use any plug-in/auxiliary programs;
- Any changes of client file data illegally;
- Team games with cheating teammates multiple times.
In addition, please download PUBG MOBILE from the App Store/Google Play Store to play the game. Unofficial/Cracked game clients are not supported and will lead to your account being banned.
If the rule violation occurred after your account has been hacked and thus affecting the game or the other players' rights, the penalty will be applied to your account regardless of who has been using it.
If you feel the account suspension was unjustified please contact in game customer support or file a claim.

Suggest start with language... the language you select at start will force you to join a server that allows only that language.
And allow us to report those who join said language and not use it. And than Tencent either ban, or remove from said language server.

Q: Within PMCO Fall Split, how many teams will advance from Qualifiers to Group Stages? Is the Top 100 leaderboard valid?
A- As instructed in the ingame mail that out of the 24 matches to be played in qualifiers, only Top 8 of your best matches will be selected to move onto the next stages of Quailifers to Group Stages. And as instructed in the rulebook, only 32 teams with the best Top 8 matches can advance from the Quailifers to the Group Stages. And as instructed in the rulebook (again) only best Top 24 teams can advance from Group Stages then to Regional Semi Finals.

A- Make sure you have a clear evidence of them hacking within the PMCO Fall Split matches. Video recording of them hacking, their clan name, their player names and ingame character ID, then email all this information to (PUBGMOBILE_ESPORT@tencentgames.com).
Please do not repeat questions regarding PMCO Hackers in this server, as we (moderators, administrators and community staff) are unable to assist with this in any way (we do not have power to ban hackers), hence why we ask you to email the esports PUBGMOBILE team.
