They are updating their anti cheat system including all this aspects .So it wont be any problem. The only problem is there are so many hackers and the process is slow to ban hackers. But yes it is working. Also they can only report to that respective social media,they cant do anything else. You can help it by reporting the hack distributor to that social media platform. There are other regions so that they can manage different events about that regions easily and provide better support to them because regional team will be better to understand the language. I hope that includes all the points you have mentioned. Although we cannot do anything else here. You may suggest that in game to the customer service. I know it is frustrating that it takes time for their reply but that is the only option to contact and connect with the developers directly @maiden salmon.

As shown in it you should not get a Legendary item for the first two achievements in a row. When you look at your counter you received a legendary item from crates on the 52 th draw and it reset, it shows the highest consecutive times you did not receive any Legendary item. As soon as you receive it, the counter resets and you will have to try again all over.Same for the Jinxed 3 and 4, except it counts Mythic or above rarity items @fervent robin .
