- you have created your account in a different region, thus only events in that specific region show for you

Why am I experiencing lag?
When the battery is low, the frame rate will slow down, causing lag. Recharging your phone to try again.
The device's Temperature Control will be triggered when the phone is hot, which slows down the frame and make the game lag. Recharge you phone while lowering phone temperature and play later.
When there are too many processes running on the device, it will lag. Close all processes and restart the phone.
If you set a higher graphic settings beyond the hardware capability of your device, it will cause your game to lag. In this case please lower your graphic settings.
Pay attention to the signal in bottom left while you are in a match or during server selection. A yellow or red signal means your ping is high. In this case, you can switch your connection to Wi-Fi or 4G, or reduce graphic settings by selecting classic style.
What should I do if I am experiencing lag?
If you encounter lag, please try the following:
- Check out if you have selected the optimal server:
Tap the Select Mode button below the Start button in Lobby screen, then tap the server button in the top right corner. Select the server with the lowest ping. - Check if your graphics settings are compatible with your device.
Tap the setting button in the bottom right corner in Lobby, go to the Graphics menu and change graphics settings. - Change your connection method (4G vs. Wi-Fi) or move to a place with better signal.
- Exit the game and clear some space on your device, then log into the game again.
Before logging out, please note that if you are playing as a guest, logging out may erase your progress. - Tap the Repair button on the right side of Login screen to repair PUBG MOBILE.

Question guys. So I use my right side of the screen to move my scope around when in ads mode. And I have the quick button on the top left. But it turns out that the scope button it self can be used to look around via ads. So when I scope in and my left index finger accidentally moves a bit it ends up shift my scope direction. As I’m scoping in. I generally use that blue side to look around through my ads. But it turns out that the scope section in the red area also can be used to look and move my aim. This nesses me up a lot. I many times hit the scope button to aim at someone and then end up aiming at the sky and shooting and not knowing how my aim went up there since I didn’t even touch the right side (blue area) this annoyed me a lot until I figure out that my scope button is also a pad for ads aiming. Is there a way to turn that off??
