You can report cheaters by using in game report option or through sending their information with evidence to customer service. And yes they do ban people with the pubgm fair play and ban notices. More the reports ,higher the chances of getting banned @gaunt orbit @raw lark.

I would not mind so much except for the few -40 loss of point because someone using wall/speed hacks kill you just after you land (real stupid scoring system). The cheats are so blatant a blind person can see. I do not know why BUG_G cannot see it either...maybe more time in game and less time designing dresses?

The cheater does not turn up but the normal play turn up
It takes time. As you know they update their anticheat occasionally. Many hackers have already started to give up with this new anticheat. You will just need to have some patience , you can't expect immediate action as there are high number of hackers and cheaters in game for different regions. What you can do is keep reporting and hope for the best @gaunt orbit.
@night cloak Thanks. Been waiting since season 4 when they really started to come out; aint gonna hold my breath. So many seasons, so littler effect but yet we have new dresses and shoes to wear...priorities are skewed with the money they pull in ;)
I am also tired of taking it up the... with the crappy scoring system because of these cheaters. I just with BUG_G would actually eliminate this significant negative scoring. Fix the scoring and perhaps people would not be bothered so much by these cheaters that BUG_G is allowing to keep playing.

iPhone X I have and it’s up to date and running fine. Also all my victor packs voice commands doesn’t show. I spent a good amount of money and opened maxed out my character and opened over 100 victor packs. It will show them in inventory. Then the next time I open up the game it’s gone.
