Aight it's been a long time since I've asked for support.
Today when i launched game i was logged out so I logged in via Facebook (like always), now it's time where game started playing tricks, time lag in response, 2 error messages "no response from server, try again later" and "server timed out". So i checked my internet connection but it's all Gucci no nothing, best possible speed.
So i tried to log out and log in again but unfortunately no fix. My in-game voice was working fine but game wasn't.

The first day of season 8 I got a 10 year ban because of the anti-cheat system So i got banned for having 142 KD GOLD TIER in middle east server which has alot of bots and players that aren't that good. so you can easily get more 10 kills every game until your crown or diamond. So i've been playing with my friends to push to conqueror in Middle east server. Since the new update If you get over a 100 KD it is an automatic ban for your account. I've been playing since season 2 with no cheating and ive been conqueror in S4,S6,S7. And im level 70 and never touched any cheating app. This is really messed up because all your progress on the account is gone. I tried to appeal the ban but still no response.There are other youtubers got banned and i belive theres more . Is there any way to get my account back. I tried to appeal but no respone.

Victor character system:-

It will be available for both Classic or Arcade mode.To earn exp for level up or upgrade the character, you have to equip the character (victor) and play with it(in any mode). In order to change your character back to normal you will have to change it from workshop.Go to Workshop, click the > icon beside Victor and press the use button.
