Got 18 points in both,even when there was a pro lobby..that too in crown 2... it's happening since crown 5 itself.
Same points since crown 5

Look my total grade..stil just 18 and that too in Solo

@cosmic gazelle The rating system is an ELO system. The higher you get, the harder it is to get points.
Keep it up you're doing great, nearly Crown 1, you might get to Ace before the end of the season.

@glossy sable I'm already in Ace in Squad and now pushing for Conqueror in Solo and will reach by this week.
But still,in squad I was gettinf 30 points in ACE 35 40 points in Crown but in Solo it's very less..
Solo is tough..you get killed not knocked out so I guess they should give extra points

@cosmic gazelle There is no information about the exact algorithm of the ranking points.
But what information we have is :
•Kill rating has more weightage over Survival rating since 0.13.5 update.
•The amount of points you get decrease as your rank increases (as explained by @glossy sable earlier)

Can you tell me the name of any Official or someone over here who's in touch with pubg or who can really help me..
I've an issue related to regional title..it shows Not ranked and '0' in solo wins and everything else since season 5..
I had contacted many in game and here since season 5 but no solution..

Somebody over here told me that this is an issue when you change your flag..I did it once but then I changed it back in Season 5 but since then I'm not getting ranked
