1 - You have recently switched your operating system, either android to iOS or iOS to android. Simply switching back will solve the issue.

When you look at your counter you received a legendary item from crates on the 25th draw and it reset, it shows the highest consecutive times you did not receive any Legendary item. It is a problem with your network IP and connection being unstable. The DNS thing fixes it temporarily but you may face high ping, @night cloak
The fix can be switching to a better stable network.
